CRS AND THE GCC

We have been recruiting professional staff for the GCC region since the 1990’s and specifically Compliance staff since early 2005, have a good understanding of the rapidly moving economic and regulatory developments in the GCC area and having first opened an office in Dubai in 2005 we have now entered into a Joint Venture with CCL in Dubai, the regions leading Compliance Consultants. We are also the only recruitment consultancy to have sponsored (and spoken at) both the two main pan GCC regulatory summits held so far (i.e. Qatar 2007 and Bahrain 2008)

Our current client base ranges from established local banks to newly-arrived Global firms, other GCC start–ups and the Regulatory bodies themselves whilst as a result of our commitment to the GCC region in recent years, we already have a database of more than 500 experienced candidates from the UK, Australia and North America (as well as the Middle East itself) interested in Compliance opportunities in the area.

SERVICE & ETHOS

We firmly believe in offering an ethical and professional service (compared to the sales-driven approach of our competitors), notwithstanding our obvious advantage in the technical understanding we offer. Our free pre-assignment services include:

  • Advice on appropriate salary and benefits packages
  • Advice on the balancing of criteria expected for a particular role
  • Advice on the structure of a role or department, including compiling the job specification if required.

On appointment, we will:

  • Place International/Local Advertisements (frequently for no extra charge), including adverts on four globally accessible specialist websites
  • Search our existing extensive database for potential candidates
  • Present properly prepared CVs of fully interviewed candidates, with personality profiles and justification as to why they are relevant for the role
  • Assist in all further aspects of the interview process including telephone screening, arranging visits to the GCC and/or facilitating face to face interviews in Sydney or our convenient offices in the heart of the City of London
  • Particularly for Candidates from outside the region, as a result of its extensive experience CRS has first hand knowledge of the key issues involved in relocating to the GCC to help ensure an efficient recruitment process and ultimately successful transition to the region
