Fraud & Investigation Team Manager – Cards & Fraud Experience Needed

£35K + Benefits + Bonus | Maidstone, Kent

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking to recruit a Fraud & Investigation Card Manager to be responsible for undertaking anti-fraud activities across all relevant business areas.  Managing a small team and reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, duties will include:
 
• Manage the Fraud & Investigation Card Team, responsible for managing distribution and monitoring of work loads to team members and prioritise their work to assist in the daily running
• Day to day operational relationship with key card suppliers, including MasterCard
• Building effective partnerships with third party suppliers, monitor performance against SLA’s and review/renew financial terms based on actual performance against targets
• Escalating problem areas with our suppliers to ensure a swift response and resolution in order to maintain customer service levels
• Ensure all bank reconciliation anomalies are investigated and escalated where necessary
• Provide effective Risk and Issue Management including the development of effective fraud and related risk mitigation issues
• Work with the operations team ensuring immediate action is taken on new fraud cases from investigation through to preventative measures being introduced where possible
 
The ideal candidate should have previous Fraud experience from a financial services firm including exposure to either Credit or Debit Card providers.
