GDPR Project Manager (3 month contract) – PM Experience (any Sector) Required

£400 - £500 per day | London

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to overseeing the tactical planning and day-to-day management of a GDPR project for a multinational technology company.  Duties will include:
•  Ensure that program and project status reports and quarterly updates are relevant, transparent and add value.
•     Monitors project execution to ensure that key milestones and financial parameters are met and that projects are delivered effectively to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the program.
• Communicates program status to participants and stakeholders accurately and on time. Escalates to ensure issues are resolved and risks mitigated, as needed. Ensures program governance.
• Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors (as required) as well as internal stakeholders.
• Partner with contracts management group to coordinate vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
• Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished.
•     Help and support vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.
• Collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partners effectively manage plus contracts are completely leveraged.
•     Prepare processes for as well as manage analysis, selection and transition.
• Perform high-level quality acceptance (QA) review associated with data profiling reports returned by both internally managed applications, as well as 3rd party vendor information.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager ideally with previous international exposure.  Any knowledge of GDPR useful but more important is your previous experience of working across functional areas and teams to develop effective business. Contract will be at least three months starting by early April.
