Risk Framework Business Partner – Experience in risk management, risk registers and risk mitigation plans required
£55K + £6K Car + Bens & Bonus | Flexible location (Southern England/Wales) + Travel
Our client, a leading retail financial services firm, seeks an experienced Risk Framework Manager for an interesting & unusual role. Duties include;
- Support first line management in the identification and recording of business risks
o Summarise the gross and net risk exposures
o Development and approval of risk mitigation plans
o Track implementation of risk mitigation plans
o Self-certification of risk registers by first line owners
- Support first line management in implementing the group incident reporting and management framework and creating a risk aware culture
- Support the first line in fully embedding responsibilities for risk management (business continuity, information security, health & safety and audit)
- Act as the primary point of contact for first line management on regulatory matters, analysing the impact of and disseminating regulatory matters and acting as SME for project work within areas of expertise
You should have experience in risk management, preparing risk registers and risk mitigation plans. N.B. You can choose to be based out of one of their Southern offices including Central London, City of London, Essex, Surrey, Thames Valley or (South) Wales, although will be required to travel to the other offices.
