FINTECH FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER (REMOTE WITHIN USA)  

CPA WITH SEC REPORTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

$115,000- $130,00 + Bonus

Fully Remote (within USA only)

Our client, a fully remote Fintech, seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to assist the CFO with normal Corporate reporting and take ownership of all aspects of SEC reporting. Responsibilities include;

 

  •  Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Draft and review required SEC filings in compliance with SEC regulations, including all aspects of SEC reporting and compliance
  • Ensure financial statement and SEC filing compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements, including regular review of technical accounting guidance
  • Work closely with our external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of review of our SEC reporting
  • Review internal controls and ensure SOX implementation
  • Keep up-to-date with financial policies and reporting compliance

 

 

You should be a CPA with at least 5 years experience in accounting, whether gained in a Big 4 firm, a similar in house role or else a combination of both, which must have included advanced SEC reporting experience. Any previous experience of SEC 10Q/10K useful though more important are excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
