Our client, a global pharma group, seek two Senior Compliance Auditors to conduct global sales and marketing compliance audits for the US operating divisions and international affiliates.
Duties will include planning, carrying out & reporting on compliance audits covering;
- FCPA
- Commercial Contracting/Pricing.
- Research Funding
- No-Charge goods
- HIPAA/Privacy Laws
You should have a Bachelors degree with at least 3 years of US audit experience with a major public accounting or consulting/law firm with either strong FCPA experience (any sector) or broader Audit experience if includes the Pharma/Healthcare sector etc
NB You will be required to be in the Chicago office 3 days per week when not travelling (15-35% National & International) although relocation (from within the USA only) is available
