Our client, a growing UK and US Compliance Consulting Firm, is looking for a Junior Compliance Associate to join their growing business.  Reporting to the Managing Director, duties will include:; 


  • Conducting due diligence on individuals and corporate entities that want to be hosted as an Appointed Representative, including conducting background screening checks.
  • Liaising with the FCA and service providers including outsourced background screening company.
  •  Assisting with the compliance oversight of Appointed Representatives on the AR platform.
  • Assisting with compliance monitoring reviews of Appointed Representatives.
  • Assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the maintenance and update of training materials.
  • Providing administrative support to senior managers where required.


You should have 12 months experience within financial services e.g. operations, marketing etc. or else professional services e.g. trainee auditor, paralegal etc., now looking to break into the ever changing & secure field of Compliance & Regulation (though those with existing Compliance experience also welcome to apply)

You must also have strong analytical skills, above average communication skills and be willing to undertake necessary training and courses.

N.B. This is a full-time office-based role but will included full training including support to undertake external compliance certifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in compliance, with a business that believes in fast-track promotion for exceptional employees.  Once a fully qualified consultant the role will become hybrid, with the opportunity to work from home when not at client sites.
