Our client, a leading advisory firm, seeks a Director or Partner for a Regulatory Compliance practice to lead engagements and manage a team. Duties include;
- Lead and manage complex engagements, including investigations, regulatory response, fraud assessments, compliance programs and forensic accounting.
- Provide insights on evolving regulatory environments and government enforcement trends.
- Drive business development through networking, attending industry events and contributing to thought leadership initiatives
- Develop long-term client relationships and cross-selling firm capabilities.
- Manage the team of consultants and professionals within the group ensuring staff efficiently allocated to the various projects & tasks
You should be a CPA, JD or CFE certified, with a least 10 years experience in US regulatory compliance, forensic accounting, investigations or related advisory work whether gained from an in house role or at a similar Advisory/Consulting firm and at least two years experience with a Government Agency or Regulator.
Please note the role is hybrid (2 days in the office) and the main office is an easy walk from Grand Central or Penn Station.
