LAW FIRM EMEA IMMIGRATION ADVISER FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS – SIMILAR EXPERIENCE FROM LAW FIRM/BIG 4 REQUIRED

Our client, a well-established broker, is looking to appoint a temporary KYC & Client Onboarding Analyst who will assist with daily client onboarding requirements and documentation duties. As part of a small collegiate team, you will report to the MLRO and responsibilities will include;

  • Coordinate global immigration casework for assigned countries in the EMEA region that includes case assessment, initiation, provision of advice on applicable rules and procedures, case preparation and submission and monitoring progress and follow up on completion.
  • Liaise directly with third party counsel with EMEA region and provide strategic and commercial advice to clients while abiding by all laws and regulations of destination and sending country.
  • Manages large scale client projects from start to finish with the support of EMEA team members.
  • Organizes and manages global immigration files including coordinating reports for clients through our proprietary global case management system.
  • Conducts immigration-related research regarding various entry and exit and visa requirements within the EMEA region.
  • Drafts news alerts for clients and firm website related to ongoing changes in the EMEA region.
  • Drafts and coordinates presentations for clients on country specific processes and contributes to firm's knowledge management portfolio.
  • Contributes to the development of the firm's processes to simplify work, standardize procedures, and help the team operate more efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and oversight to more junior team members.

 

You should be a graduate (or equivalent) with at least 5 years EMEA Immigration experience or experience coordinating global immigration casework for a law firm/relocation organization including Big 4 Accountancy firms. Any knowledge of knowledge of consular business visas and visa processing is useful however more important is the ability to multi-task and maintain performance level in a fast-paced, agile work environment with shifting priority levels & deadlines. The role is fully remote
