COMPLIANCE OFFICER & MLRO ROLE – ADGM/FRSA COMPLIANCE (COBS) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

AED 35K – 55K PM  + Benefits          ABU DHABI

We are recruiting for a leading firm seeking candidates with recent experience of FRSA COBS Compliance. Duties will include;

  • Acting as the Compliance Officer & MLRO for client firms
  • Completing all required Compliance monitoring and drafting reports including recommendations on control enhancements or procedural changes where required
  • Ensuring that both AML & Compliance systems operating properly and all staff properly trained on such  
  • Assisting in all required reporting to the FRSA
  • Advising client firms on advisory issues on an ongoing basis  

 

You must live in or close to the centre of Abu Dhabi with at least five years experience in Conduct of Business compliance from the buy and/or sell side (and a good understand of AML requirements, even if not worked in an AML role before) some of which must have been with a firm regulated by the FRSA and please note that onshore experience eg CMA/SCA or just AML (or even DFSA Compliance experience) not relevant for this role, so please don't apply unless have at least two years proper Compliance experience under FRSA COBS (Conduct of Business Rulebook).
