CUSTOMER SERVICES & OPERATIONS MANAGER – BANKING OR PAYMENT SERVICES MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
€55K-€65K + Bonus & Benefits | MADRID
Our client, an international payment services company, are seeking a Customer Services & Operations manager. Duties will include;
- Ensure that proper procedures and standards put in place for Customer Services & broader Operations
- Act as the focal point for IT issues (with external support)
- Recruit and train junior staff once all properly set up
- Act as a Director of the Spanish firm and attend Board Meetings
You should have previous Customers Service and/or Operations experience AT MANAGER LEVEL from Banking or Payments Services in Spain, as well as a very good command of English & fluent Spanish.
