Spain / Compliance (inc Conduct Risk/COBS) / Permanent

  • Our client, a global chemicals & related products company, is seeking to recruit science graduates with experience in Chemical Control Compliance, Legislation/Regulation or Risk Management for several new executive specialist roles as follows;   
  • One role provides Compliance Assurance through conducting reviews and implementing control mechanisms as well as managing & recording relevant incidents including recommending new processes to prevent recurrence 
  • One role is also Compliance Assurance but orientated towards external parties including suppliers, distributors, customers, business partners & other third parties, hence relationship  building & liaison a key part. 
  • One role is Regulatory Policy including liaising with Regulators & Trade Bodies, in order to assess & where possible influence new regulatory policies & requirements as well as advising on new product development.

For all three roles, you’ll require a Biology, Chemistry or other relevant Scientific degree with experience in a similar role from a large & ideally global corporation and a willingness to keep up to date both by self-study and by attending industry conferences & meetings, as well as representing the Group on expert committees & panels. NB above salary includes car allowance & cash benefits but excludes the value of other bens, various share schemes and a generous bonus. There is also flexible working (3 d pw WFH on a permanent basis so even if don’t live within area, could stay over one night pw for the two days expected on site)
