APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVE COMPLIANCE –ASSET MANAGEMENT / BUY SIDE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Our client, a growing International Compliance Consulting Firm, are looking to hire a compliance consultant to join their Compliance Hosting business, a FCA regulated firm that hosts external companies (‘Appointed Representatives’) seeking to perform regulated activities in the UK. Reporting to the MD of the Hosting business, responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years Asset Mgt compliance experience gained either with another compliance consultancy, a similar AR hosting platform, law firm, an in-houseCompliance team in a buy side firm (including asset management, hedge funds, private equity, real estate or other alternatives) or a regulator. While a good understanding of the FCA Handbook is required as important are good interpersonal and communication skills.
