UK & Ireland / Compliance (inc Conduct Risk/COBS) / Permanent


Our client, a rapidly expanding social media group are now looking to enhance their Compliance function as they move into the next phase of growth. Reporting to the current Head of Compliance and working with the existing team, duties will include;


• Review all current procedures and processes 


• Evaluate as to which work well and those that may need enhancing, whether manual processes or platform issues 


• Work collaboratively in designing those improvements and ensuring fully documented 


• Ensure as external regulatory or partner needs change, then all processes & controls suitably amended to reflect such 


You should have previous experience of assessing and/or designing compliance processes from similar platform basedbusinesses, whether other social media or broader e-commerce platform businesses, specifically including content moderation needs.
