UK & Ireland / Compliance (inc Conduct Risk/COBS) / Permanent


Our client, a medium sized Pharma Group, is looking for a Compliance & Contracts Manager, to be based at home but with probably monthly (post Covid) liaison visits to their Head Office in Southern England. Reporting to the Company Secretary, duties will include; 

  • Ensure all record properly kept 
  • Carry out any due diligence required on suppliers & other third parties 
  • Maintain the Contracts Management System 
  • Liaise with the Quality Control Compliance team for their non clinical needs 


You should have previous experience of maintaining & reviewing Distribution/Third Party Contracts from any sector (including Financial Services). Any legal qualifications useful but more important is a strong intellect with a can do flexible attitude, able to self motivate whilst working from home, as well as an interest in the Pharmaceutical sector.
