UK & Ireland / Compliance (inc Conduct Risk/COBS) / Contract


Our Client, a leading UK Pharmaceutical Group with offices across Europe, is looking to appoint a Compliance Consultant to implement their new Board approved Code of Conduct in detail, especially as to third parties whether Distributors or Suppliers. Duties include;   

  • Existing procedures need to be reviewed on a country-by-country basis to ensure they are comprehensive as to due diligence, both on appointment and on an ongoing basis 
  • Updated and streamline all workflows where necessary 
  • Create a uniform Standard Operating Procedure across the Group    
  • Identify any training needs  
  • Prepare regular project updates  


You should be experienced in designing, documenting & evaluating compliance systems with regards to Anti Bribery and Corruption requirements including Due Diligence (from any sector) and have an awareness of Modern Slavery and other regulations that may impact.
